The 9^th edition of Balik Eskwela (Back to School) took place at Cancabalong ES on Sunday 28^th July and at Obo ES on Monday 29^th of July. School supplies were distributed at both schools including Student Packs, Teacher Resource Packs, multivitamins, and dental supplies. This was made possible through the generosity of financial donors in Singapore and the Philippines with an amount of SGD $3,450 funds raised. The pupils and their parents are extremely grateful for this support. The teachers are very appreciative of the resource materials which makes their lives easier in preparing lessons. Unfortunately we did not have International Volunteers visiting this year, but we look forward to seeing them again for the 10th anniversary edition in 2025.
